Brethouwer then threw herself into sorting out the well administration. In doing so, she made use of almost all available channels:

"There were already lists of DINO groundwater monitoring wells, a list of active wells from Hillegom and a list of inactive wells from Teylingen. With the help of TNO, we checked whether the data were complete and supplemented them where necessary. These are not all our wells in Hillegom, Lisse and Teylingen. I have received fill-in lists from the BROlab. I am currently filling these in with the data Wareco Engineers has available in their portal. For Lisse, the data for these monitoring wells have now been delivered. It is important that the supplier has the right data available. And suppliers like Wareco can also supply the data to the BRO themselves. You can authorise suppliers for a project in the BRO portal."
HLT Samen makes the deliveries of the wells themselves via the BROlab. Wendy: "The BRO service desk and the BROlab help us do this. You receive a clear description of how to do this. In the meantime, I have searched for various registration objects in our digital archives. I then determine which registration objects are concerned, who the responsible project party is or was, and which supplier has the data. The plan is to request the data from suppliers and those responsible for the project. Because it is historical data, this action is not our first priority."
